Introduce foundational updates to the Google SDK integration to support BYOLLM (Bring Your Own Large Language Model). These changes prepare the codebase for greater model flexibility and improved compatibility with custom LLMs built on Google’s ecosystem.This update establishes the groundwork for future BYOLLM capabilities but does not include the full implementation. Additional configuration modules, model-handling logic, and runtime components will be introduced in subsequent PRs.

The preflight failure is just linting issues. You can run task lint or just pre-commit to do it
